Why the Four Corners?
I didn’t set out to create a travel site. Or plan to teach healing. However, The landscapes of the Southwest became part of that journey.
There’s something about this region—the deserts, the mountains, the wide open skies—that invites reflection. It slows you down. It creates space.
Space to think.
Space to feel.
Space to hear yourself again.
Four Cornering was born from traveling through these places and realizing that the outer journey and the inner journey were happening at the same time.
Every canyon.
Every trail.
Every quiet moment in nature.
They were all teaching something and I was asking “What is my body and my life trying to tell me?”.
Listening Differently
That question changed everything.
It led me beyond conventional answers and into a deeper exploration of healing—one that included the body, yes… but also the mind, emotions, and energy behind it all.
Along the way, I discovered simple, powerful practices—like vibrational medicine, (Jin Shin Jyutsu,) nature-based awareness and reflective story telling—that helped me reconnect with my body in a completely new way.
Not as something to “fix.”
But as something to understand.

A Personal Note on Healing
I’m not here to replace medical advice or tell you there’s only one way to heal.
What I offer is something different:
Tools to help you feel more connected to your body
Perspectives that may open new doors
Support for those moments when you feel like you’ve run out of answers
Especially when it comes to dental health—something I struggled with deeply—I know how frustrating and isolating it can feel.
That experience is what led me to create my workshop
The Healthy Gums, Healthy Body Workshop-
Revitalizing and Renewing your Mouth
This program is a reflection of everything I’ve learned along the way.
It brings together practical care, self-awareness, and energy-based practices to help you take a more active role in your healing—especially if you’re dealing with ongoing gum or dental issues.
It’s not about perfection.
It’s about progress, understanding, and learning to trust yourself again.
Why I Do This
I’ve always been drawn to the outdoors, growing up in Tucson, Arizona, surrounded by mountains and desert skies. Nature became my first teacher—especially during the more tumultuous years of my 20s, when I learned how deeply it can heal.
In 1989, after graduating from Regis University and feeling burned out, I followed a quiet pull to Colorado Springs, where I experienced Jin Shin Jyutsu for the first time. It felt like remembering—something within me gently coming back into balance.
After months of receiving sessions, my life shifted in a way I couldn’t ignore. I went on to study the practice, not just for myself, but to share it with others. Along the way, I’ve also integrated supportive tools like ASEA Redox Signaling Molecules to complement the body’s natural healing.
This work is subtle, but deeply powerful—like the desert itself.
Healing isn’t a straight line. It’s more like a journey through changing landscapes—sometimes clear, sometimes uncertain, always unfolding. I’m simply walking it too.
If anything here helps you feel even a little more grounded, a little more hopeful, or a little more connected to yourself, then this space has done what it was meant to do.
Thank you for being here
